Wheat Dosa

Wheat dosa is a simple and healthy three ingredients recipe made with wheat, salt, and water. Are you one of those people who always wanted to make chappati (Indian wheat bread) but has been putting it off because you don’t have the time? If you are, then this wheat dosa recipe is for you. You can make wheat dosa with the same ingredients as chappati but with less time.

Ingredients
Wheat flour – 1 cup
Salt – ¼ tsp
Water – 1.5 cup 

 


Cooking Directions
1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl until all the lumps disappear. Set aside for five minutes.

2. 2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat or electric griddle to 350ºF. Coat with oil or cooking spray. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the skillet. Cook until the top starts to change color. Then flip it over and cook the other side until golden brown. Finally, please remove it from the skillet, and enjoy wheat dosa with any curry of your choice.
