Ingredients
1 cup basmati rice, cooked
1 boneless, skinless, chicken breast, cut into small pieces
2 tablespoon soy sauce, divided
1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2-3 sweet peppers (you can also use 1/2 cup diced bell pepper)
1/2 onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1/2 cup beans, diced
2 eggs, scrambled
Cooking Directions
1. Cut the chicken into small pieces, add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Cook the chicken for 15-20 minutes without adding any water until the chicken is soft.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon butter in a large pan. Add all the diced vegetables. Add salt and pepper as needed, and stir occasionally. Cook until the vegetables are soft.
5. Make some space in the middle of the pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon oil and scramble the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
6. Mix the vegetables and eggs.
7. Add the cooked chicken
9. Add one tablespoon of soy sauce, and mix everything.
