Ingredients
5 pieces of salmon
1 tablespoons cashmere chili powder
1teaspoon pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 table spoon oil
1/2 cup of oil to fry
Cooking Directions
- Add chili powder, paper powder turmeric powder, salt, vinegar, and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl and mix well.
- Rub this mixture on the salmon piece and marinate for 30 minutes or more.
3. Heat 1/2 cup of oil in a small frying pan.
4. Place the fish in the oil one piece at a time and fry each side for 5-7 minutes on medium flame.
5. Fish fry is ready to be served with rice
