A Charcuterie board is a festive way to serve appetizers. You can make charcuterie boards for any occasion. This Christmas tree charcuterie board is a perfect addition to impress your guests this Christmas. It’s easy to make and less time-consuming.
Prep time: it only takes about 15 minutes to assemble this adorable Christmas tree. you can assemble this board early and leave the project to the kids with some small instructions.
Customize your board: you can customize this tree with your favorite fruits, vegetables, meats, and cheeses. You can choose the colors that go on your board. I used rosemary sprigs for greenery. I find them so incredibly appropriate for Christmas. I did not use any meat on this board, but salami, deli meats, and even sliced sausages can be used. you can choose your ingredients based on your budget.
Size of the board: It depends on what you serve and how many people you are serving. You can use a charcuterie board, a clean cutting board, or a flat tray. I’m using a cutting board for this project.
Build your tree: You can build your tree from the bottom up, top down, or even by creating a Christmas tree triangle with the rose merry sprigs and filling it in between with cheese or fruits.

Assembling the Christmas tree charcuterie board
First, put the pretzel sticks in the middle of the board vertically to create the tree trunk.
Cucumber layer: Cut 1-2 small cucumbers into round pieces and make a line at the top of the pretzel sticks. From here onwards, create a triangle shape by making each layer shorter than the next. Make a shorter line between each layer with rosemary sprigs for the tree branch effect.
Cheese layer: Add the yellow cheddar cheese cubes and the rosemary sprigs again, but this one should be shorter than the previous one.
Blueberry: Place Blueberries above the rosemary springs. create a line with rosemary sprigs even shorter than the previous one.
White cheese: Next, put the Medium/sharp white cheddar cheese above it. Make another line of rosemary sprigs shorter than the last one.
Raspberry: Make the sixth layer with raspberries. Add another layer of rosemary sprigs shorter than the previous one.
Blackberries: The seventh layer should be blackberries
Finally, place a Cheese star on top
