Mini beef shells are our delicious creation. Another South Indian American recipe that anyone would love. Mini beef shells could be a delightful and elegant appetizer for your next party.
Ingredients
1 pack (15 Baked shells) mini fillo shells –
½ cup kerala beef fry (see our classic kerala beef fry recipe)
3 sweet peppers, different colors
Cooking Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F
2. Arrange the shells evenly on a baking tray
3. Grind the beef fry using a food processor. Do NOT add water or make it into a smooth paste. Put the beef into a ziplock bag and cut a hole at the bottom. Then pipe it into each shell. (You can also put this in a bowl and spoon it into the shells).
4. Cut the sweet peppers into small pieces, and garnish the top of each shell.
5. Bake for 5 min. Take it out of the oven and wait a few minutes for it to cool down. Enjoy the mini beef shells.
