Ingredients
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoon honey
2 eggs
2 1/4 cup milk
2 cups of whole wheat flour
2 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
Cooking Directions
1. Beat 2 eggs, mix in vegetable oil, honey, and milk. Mix in all the dry ingredients. Let the batter sit for 5 min.
2. If you are using an electric griddle set it to 325º F. If you are making on a stove top, use medium heat.
3. Grease the griddle or frypan. Pour 1/4 cup of batter on to the griddle or pan. Flip it over when you see bubbles forming on top.
4. Cook the other side for 1-2 minutes.
5. Remove wholewheat pancake and enjoy with butter, maple syrup, or honey.
