Ingredients
1 premade graham cracker or chocolate pie crust
2 cups alphonso mango pulp
8 oz (226 g) plain cream cheese
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon gelatin
1 small tub cool whip (optional)
Preparation Method
1. Boil 1/2 cup of water on the stove top. Add gelatin and stir continuously until completely melted. Set this on the side and bring to room temperature.
2. Add cream cheese, mango pulp, and gelatin into a blender and mix well.
3. Pour this mixture into pie crust. Cover this and refrigerate overnight or for about 6 hours.
4. Remove the pie from the fridge, decorate with cool whip, and enjoy the mango pie.
